HOW FAST CAN YOU DELIVER?
We do our best to ensure you don't have to wait too long. If you place your order before 12pm on weekdays, we'll send the goods to you on the same day, but you should still expect to wait 3-5 working days from the time you made your purchase until you receive the goods. Using the track & trace link in the email sent with your invoice, you can always keep track of what delivery stage your order is at.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Wrong colour, wrong size, wrong choice? Never mind, just exchange it. You've got plenty of time - a whole 30 days, it is easy:
You can return the item to the online store. Remember to include a copy of the invoice, a completed return note and the correct return code, and follow the procedure on how to return (which will appear from the return note). You must return the item to us within 30 days following receipt (see return address below). Your money for the returned items will be refunded once they have been received and processed. If you would like another item, please submit a new order.
Send the product back to our webshop, and we'll transfer the money back into your account. Remember to enclose your invoice and returns form filled out with the correct return code, and follow the procedure on how to return (which will appear from the return note).. You should receive both of these with your order. You'll then need to buy the replacement item in the webshop (you'll have to pay the shipping for the new purchase). PS. WHAT IF I REGRET MY PURCHASE?
The law gives you the right to cancel your purchase for up to 30 days after you have received the item. We think this is a great idea, because it's such a shame to regret buying something that'll never make it out of the wardrobe. If you regret your purchase, then just do the following:
1) Check that the item you want to return is in saleable condition and still has a price tag on it.
2) Find the return form, and follow the procedure on how to retur (which will appear from the return note)
3) Pack the product securely along with the invoice and returns label, which you need to make sure has been correctly completed.
4) Once we've received the goods and checked that everything is fine, we'll refund the purchase price to the same account you paid from. The whole process takes about 7 days and we'll send you an email confirming your credit note at the same time.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE ITEM?
If the item you've purchased does not live up to your expectations, you can return it to us. This applies to defects and faults of any kind, and your warranty will last for up to two years after your purchase. Exactly as stated by the Danish Sales of Goods Act. It is free to return defective goods and you can always get a pre-paid label from us if you write to email@example.com. You also received a returns label when you purchased the item; perhaps you've kept it somewhere? Once we've received your faulty item, we will get back to you as soon as possible. And apologies in advance for any inconvenience.
WHAT IF I WANT TO COMPLAIN?
We hope it won't come to that and will always do whatever we can to resolve the problem before. HOW DO YOU TREAT MY INFORMATION?
When you shop in the web shop, our system remembers which items you buy, as well as the personal information you enter (name, address, email and phone number). This data is not encrypted, which means you can have it deleted at any time by mailing us on email@example.com. We wouldn’t dream of passing on your data to anyone else. Conversely, your credit information is encrypted data (secure line), which we don’t save in our system, but only by Pensio, our partner for online payment on noanoa.dk.
And one more thing – if you sign up for our customer club, Noa Noa Society, we also save the information you enter. But we treat it confidentially and don't share it with others.
PAYMENT AND CREDITING
When you pay on our website, it is done via an encrypted (secure) line. We only withdraw money from your account once your order has been packaged and sent. When sending your order, you will receive an e-mail with your receipt and a track and trace link, so that you can trace your order all the way.
Paying by credit card does not incur additional costs. Payment by invoice incurs an invoice charge.
Your credit details are encrypted (secure line) and are not stored by Noa Noa, but only by Pensio A/S, Rosenkæret 13, DK-2860 Søborg, who is our business partner in online payment on our website. Your credit card details are stored as long as there is a business need, such as the need to refund a payment, though no longer than 5 years.

Please note that not all payment options are available in all countries.
For refunds, we usually use the same payment method that you used when paying for the item. You will receive an e-mail with a credit note in connection with this.
If you have used a voucher for your purchase, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the corresponding voucher amount.
CONDITIONS FOR PayByBill
We offer PayByBill in cooperation with Gothia Finans A/S. This is a simple and safe solution for invoice shopping online. With PayByBill, you can pay using the method of payment that most people desire and feel most comfortable with – by invoice. This means that payment is not made in connection with ordering the product, but after the product has been received and inspected at home. The invoice will not be sent together with the product.
WHO CAN SHOP WITH PAYBYBILL?
Private customer: You must be at least 18 years of age, have a civil registration number and a registered address in your country. The address must not be a post office box.
By choosing PayByBill, you grant Gothia permission to collect credit information about you. The option of payment with PayByBill is subject to an approved credit check.
WHY DO YOU CONDUCT A CREDIT CHECK?
Unfortunately, some people abuse the opportunity to buy on credit and do not intend to pay for the goods received. A credit check reveals your creditworthiness and any registered payment issues.
WHAT DOES IT COST?
The only cost for you when paying with PayByBill is an invoice fee charged by the web shop.
If you do not pay on time, you will be charged a reminder fee per reminder. In addition to this, you will be charged a default interest rate per annum. The reminder fee and default interest will appear from the invoice.
RIGHT OF TRANSFER
Gothia has the right to transfer or pledge debt to another creditor.
Gothia can send you a confirmation of your agreement with Gothia by e-mail. This confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provide in your contact information. You are responsible for ensuring that we have a correct e-mail address at which you can be contacted.
